Description
Processes orders for pharmacy customers. Serves the needs of patients by accurately and effectively processing prescription orders. Listens to their concerns and addresses issues. Placing orders via phone for Diabetic Supplies/Medications.
Hours: 8:00AM - 4:30PM or 8:15AM - 4:45PM Monday - Friday

Requirements
**Inbound Pharmacy Calls Placing Orders***
*Little Data-entry
*Working with our Durable Medical Staff
*Working Emails and Communicating Back and Fourth
*Outbound Calls as Reminders
*Sitting at a cubicle for 7 hours taking calls with a headset, two screens, and navigating different systems.
Qualifications
High School Graduate
***Utah Certified Pharmacy License***
*Knowledge in Diabetes
*Great Computer/Typing Skills
*Data-entry/Phone Skills
*Excellent Communication
*Empathetic
*Reliable
*Willingness to help Patients/Co-workers
*Knowledge around Diabetes
*Sitting at your own cubicle for 7 hours
*Service Levels / Quality Assurance
*Able to use Headset
*Fast Learner
*Willingness to listen
*Working dual computer systems
